As our guides are digital products delivered electronically, purchases are generally non-refundable once the guide has been delivered to your nominated email address.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or receiving your guide, or if you believe you have received incorrect content, please contact us at hello@wayfound.sg within seven days of your order. We will investigate promptly and, where appropriate, provide a replacement delivery or resolve the issue to a reasonable standard. Refund requests on the basis of dissatisfaction with editorial content will be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. We do not offer refunds for digital products on the basis of a change of circumstances regarding your planned visit.
